when my daughter had first started my self used to take her i really enjoyed what they where doing soo i had to try it i foung it really good by my back started to play up !!!

hiya i think this is a great site there is everything u need to know to be true the lessons are ace cant wait to grade for my yellow belt !! on the 29th of july i have made loads of new friends and its fun to go there obn a monday and a thirsday i wish i have new left for 3 years because i would be on by purple belt or leading up 2 ITS A GREAT SITE !!!

Very good club with great instructors who have learnt me loads.
I started when I was 6 as a white belt and now at 8 with a little
hard work I am 4 belts later at green. The clubs fun and I've made
loads of freinds and gained loads of confidence.

I looked at your site by chance. I run a Wado club in Horsham
beset by politics within a larger association and was very pleased

As a colleague of Jo's I hear a lot about your training, wish
I could have made it to your demonstration. As a fellow martial
arts student, I train in Aikido, its good to see another club
in the area which holds the family aspect of training in high
regard.
