Beginners (White/Red/Yellow belts) Monday & Thursday @ 6.30pm until 7.30pm
Intermediates (Orange/Green/Blue belts) Monday & Thursday @ 7.30pm until 8.30pm
Seniors(Purple/Brown/Black belts) Monday &Thursday @ 8.00pm until 9.00pm

We train in the main hall at Mount Pleasant Primary School, Mount Pleasant, Brierley Hill, West Midlands DY5 2YN.
